You can calculate your delivery fee once you have added your items to your bag. Orders over $250 ship free
MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have not received your items please email email@example.com. Please note that orders shipped by Royal Mail/ Royal Mail International cannot be replaced until 28 days after the order was placed.
If your order is missing because you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address you will be charged for redelivery.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We do not currently offer returns or exchanges. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your package. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?
We want you to receive our products in pristine condition. If your order is damaged or incorrect we will be happy to correct this. Please email email@example.com including photographs clearly showing the damage or incorrect item, and the packaging it arrived in.
