Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
We are a small team and carefully package and inspect each item we send to you. We will reach out to you via phone or email in the case of a delay or issue with your order.
Expedited Shipping
If you need expedited shipping on an order, please email us at info@knith.co. We currently do not offer an expedited shipping option at checkout but we are more than happy to help with overnight or expedited shipping.
Returns
Updated Return Policy: Now offering 30 day returns.
We are now offering a 30-day return policy for exchanges or store credit or refund to the original payment. You have 30 days to request a return after purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with no visible signs of wear or damage.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@knith.co or submit a request through the online order system. You will need to create an account at knith.co to access this feature.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
